Ideal (but not too much) roadmap
Before the event:
- design tests
- developers/routing protocol teams should already start to provide configuration files
- find a map of the place
Day 1 and 2:
- handle first flashed and configured devices to routing protocol teams to see if everything looks ok
- if needed ask for permissions for node deployment
- find rooms/sockets where nodes can be deployed
Day 3: have devices flashed and start deployment at the end of the day
Day 4 - end: deploy and perform tests
