Ideal (but not too much) roadmap

• Before the event:

  • design tests
  • developers/routing protocol teams should already start to provide configuration files
  • find a map of the place

• Day 1 and 2:

  • handle first flashed and configured devices to routing protocol teams to see if everything looks ok
  • if needed ask for permissions for node deployment
  • find rooms/sockets where nodes can be deployed

• Day 3: have devices flashed and start deployment at the end of the day

• Day 4 - end: deploy and perform tests
